Vintage Notes:
The 2023 vintage began with reasonable weather throughout bloom and set. During the sizing phase, we experienced very warm weather that affected berry growth on many varietals. In mid-March, while harvest slowed due to moderate temperatures, the prolonged ripening period-maintained vine balance and
higher fruit quality. Overall, the 2021 vintage delivered yields slightly normal while
upholding our desired fruit characteristics and quality. Picked by hand during the last week of April.
Fermentation Notes
The fruit was harvested on April 5, 2021, at optimum ripeness.
The grapes were hand-picked into 15-pound boxes and transported to the winery.
Initial fermentation, as well as malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks using the rack and return method of cap management. 100% malolactic

Buen Andres Syrah stands out for its Intense red in color with a violet hue. while on the nose it’s possible to perceive black floral species with the presence of fresh red fruits complex aromas recalling flowers such as violets and fruit, as well as spicy notes. The palate is fresh and has a smooth texture with concentrated, well-balanced flavors, tremendous persistence, and excellent cellaring potential. Philosofy
Winemaking began in the Maule Valley more than 400 years ago when the first vines
arrived in Chile. Many small-scale farmers continue to produce simple wines for
family consumption, but increasing interest in finding new niches for fine wines has
resulted in new plantations of fine varieties such Sauvignon Blanc. Maule Valley
possesses unique climatic and soil conditions ideal for the production of fine wine.
